One 3-9 season doesn't scare me that much. Especially considering that we lost four NFL players, a great kicker, and Bryan Anderson, in addition to losing our HC. Considering also that we lost at least four games in the final couple minutes and were playing pretty well at season't end, a quick turnaround is possible.

Believe us, there's plenty of reasons to doubt Vanilla Ice. How many other new coaches have come in (anywhere), scrapped the play-style in place, implemented a new style, and been successful? BK is the only one I am aware of that was successful.
