New staff at Temple
FWIW
per footballscoop.com....
Temple: Our sources tell us that Marshall defensive line coach Sean Cronin and wide receivers coach Zach Smith have accepted positions at Temple. We hear Smith will serve as the special teams coordinator. We also hear that former Florida assistant Chuck Heater will be the defensive coordinator at Temple.

So Addazio isn't going to UConn?

Not really. The coaches are still at MU and haven't been offered anything. Other than Smith is related to the new DC, no reason to go to Temple. :)

It was meant as more of a joke, SVHerd....things like this development (if true) are kind of funny since all you see over at the C-USA board are slams on other non AQ conferences, esp the MAC.

The posters in the know realize all the non AQ leagues have a long way to go to get the respect they deserve. Most I know cheer for CUSA, MAC, MWC, WAC and Sun Belt teams to get important wins against our big brothers. As for the Temple jobs, still nothing announced regarding the Marshall coaches. It could happen obviously.

Heater was one of those guys being kicked around in Michigan online circles for their DC position. At least one guy I saw- "God, how much does our D suck if guys would rather coach Temple's D than Michigan?"

So you got that going for you.
