I just wanted to say that this week, in particular the last few days, had reminded me of the begining of the UH football season last year, but for your B-Ball team.

In week 2 we traveled to then #5 Oklahoma State, and beat them in Stillwater. The following week we came back to Houston and beat a very good Texas Tech team at Robertson. We climbed up to #12 in the country and were on cloud nine. Coach Sumlin and QB Case Keenum were on every ESPN show from PTI to College Gameday. Case was interviewed on the Jim Rome show, and there was alot of hype.
I think it all started getting into the players heads. We went to El Paso the following Saturday, and walked into the Sun Bowl thinking all we had to do was get off the bus. Needless to say, the Miners burst our bubble.
I kind of felt leading into this game that there may be a parrallel, and nobody can say for sure, but it appears that there was.

Anyways, I just wanted to say it is just one game. Your guys will get up off the mat and dust themselves off just like my Cougars did last year. We went into Starkville, MS and beat Mullen and his Mississippi State Bulldogs in their house for our 3rd victory over a BCS opponent last year.
