Miami names interim coach
Sure sounds from the article below like they will have all of their assistant coaches on board for their Bowl game.

Oxford, OH (Sports Network) - Miami-Ohio named defensive backs coach Lance Guidry interim head coach on Thursday.

The move was necessary due to former head coach Michael Haywood departing the school to take the vacant head-coaching position at Pitt.

"Lance's unbridled enthusiasm for the game and the respect he has with the players made him and excellent candidate to assume interim head coach responsibilities," said Miami-Ohio director of athletics Brad Bates. "We think that he and the other assistant coaches will do a great job in preparing our players for the bowl game."

Haywood led the RedHawks to a 9-4 record, including a 7-1 mark in the Mid- American Conference's East Division. After dispatching Northern Illinois and claiming the conference title, the RedHawks earned a berth in the GoDaddy.com Bowl in Mobile, Alabama, on January 6 against Middle Tennessee State

Per Miami Hawk Talk, their situation is even fuzzier than ours was. But it sounds like Bill Elias the Asst. Head Coach/Recruiting coordinator/Linebackers has gone with Haywood already.

Geez I hope that is not the case. If this becomes the norm there is no integrity or decency left in the college game. The NCAA needs to step in and make a rule that schools cannot poach coaches until after the Bowl season.

Agree 100%. Plus, How do you teach students integrity if you don't lead by example? Grown men crapping on kids. I hate it. 03-banghead
