Pitt vs UCONN Tonight
UCONN got a shot in the arm with the stunning win over WVU. In the end, I think Pitt wears down UCONN on the ground with Lewis and Graham, and I also think they will get it done in the air with Sunseri to Baldwin and Shannahan. Pitt's D will be ready to play and will receive extra motivation with Romeus coming back (of course Romeus will be limited).

Pitt 35 - UCONN 17, with UCONN scoring 10 points in the middle to late in the 4th quarter. Hail to Pitt!

RE: Pitt vs UCONN Tonight
I think Pitt will play as they have a lot this season. Defense gives up first easy touchdown and then hunkers down. Offense will roll in the 2nd half.

BUT, with all the talk this week of Pitt's history of crapping after a week off may light a fire under the team and the game will be decided as early as lights nights win by the hoopsters. Lets hope!

RE: Pitt vs UCONN Tonight
You'd think Pitt would do that. But Pitt hasn't exactly been a road team this year. I'm kind of curious to see how tonight's game turns out...

It's been a strange year already. Why change things now?

Come on UConn, a Pitt lost helps USF in our quest for the BE championship and BCS game.

I don't know what will happen. UConn is terrible this year, but Pitt's OL is awful and I feel we will stuff the run fairly well. Sunseri's performance will have a huge impact on tonight's game. If he plays well, Pitt rolls. If not, UConn can and maybe even should win.

Pitt shuffled the OL after the Miami game. It was better during the ND game, and I think now it is significantly improved than at the start of the season. Granted, I don't think it is as good as last years OL, so it is still one of the weaker units of the team. Sunseri has also significantly improved since the start of the season too.

Or maybe Todman will just run all over Pitt. Should be a good game tonight either way.

If Pitt's OL is giving Sunseri time to throw, it's no wonder his play has improved. It's amazing how having an extra second here and there helps out...

Sunseri's improvement is likely a combination of factors with the OL being the first or second most important one. His game day experience is also critical too.

UConn has to learn to throw the ball to their own receivers...

That play was a debacle from the start. Their RB should've taken the loss or Frazier should've thrown it away.

Good call on that 4th down. Didn't like Pitts reaction on the sideline. Probably should've called a timeout there. And the next play was a good one by Edsall to go for the Endzone.

How did you like the execution on that flea flicker by Pitt? I think I'd put that play into retirement for a while, if I was Wanny...

I felt Sunseri should've thrown it away. It appeared that UConn saw it coming.

RE: Pitt vs UCONN Tonight
Oline is bringing it tonight. Todman 1st down! This is pure physical football. Edsall is calling some plays he does not usually call. Maybe he is finally paying some attention to the media.
