Vote Ray Guy to the Hall of Fame
IMHO Ray Guy should already be in the Hall of Fame. He is the best punters in the history of the NFL. Last year, the fans made a lot of noise for Ray, but the class was too strong. Many feel this could be the year for Ray. Please go vote. Vote often. Ray is currently in 16th place, lets move him up!! RE: Vote Ray Guy to the Hall of Fame
I can't believe that Ray Guy is not in the HOF. Their condescending attitude towards punters (& placekickers) is ridiculous, this man took punting to a whole 'nother level. I used to watch Raiders games on TV and when he used to kick the damn ball to the ionosphere, one game he kicked one so high that the TV camera couldn't track it, the ball was completely off the screen, and it had to settle for panning down on the field and the potential return man, who was running for his life trying to get under it, and you could hear the crowd reaction in the background just totally awestruck, I'll never forget the announcer's reaction, it was Curt Gowdy, the astonishment in his voice was priceless. There's not a single punter in today's NFL that even comes close to legendary Ray Guy.

I shall go to this site later on tonight and cast my vote for him...I'm not even a Raiders fan, but I appreciate greatness when I see it, and Ray Guy was that and then some.
