Small recruiting class but they got a few good players, its tough for a coach to recruit under those circumstances. Dirk Koetter came in at ASU under similiar circumstances but not as bad, Price left really quick with little notice, ASU actually fired Bruce Synder prior to the last regular season game vs Arizona that season in mid november. Synder was retained for the season finale victory over Arizona and the Aloha Bowl loss to BC. Koetter however was not hired until January, so on second thought his situation was very difficult, just as difficult as WSUs new coach. Next season should be exciting in the Pac, I think ASU can contend for the title and should finsish in the top 3. They are loaded on offense, although they lose Shaun Macdonald. And on D they must replace Suggs, SS Al Williams, and both starting LBs, they did play a lot of young players on D last season though and landed a top 10 JC recruit for LB!

asu, usc, and uw will be the top 3 in the conference..
