He then gets a message from another user, telling him to contact "Ackmed" who of course is a undercover Fed.

The Fed gives him a bomb that doesn't work, and as soon as the Jihadi plants it, the Feds swoop in for the arrest.

Good work...If that is true...it shows just how moronic most of these people are. Maybe we should start a Teleterrorist system and make phone calls to them trying to sell them bombs.

Of course I would tend to agree...since EVERY administration does tend to pick up and use the tools left lying around that they find.
