Zac Dysert and Andy Cruse connected on a 71-yard touchdown pass with 19 remaining, lifting Miami to a 27-20 victory over Central Michigan Saturday afternoon at Kelly/Shorts Stadium. With the road win - the first since 2008 - the RedHawks (4-3) remain undefeated in MAC play at 3-0.

Gotta say I'm pretty impressed with how Haywood is turning that program around so far. I can easily see Miami being a contender in the east in the next year or so.

They're a contender right now. They play Ohio this weekend and I think they've got a pretty good shot to beat them.

Terrible defense on that play. The guy didn't have anyone within 20 yards of him. Starts at the 2:53 mark
