CSpan Used Glenn Beck Rally Pictures For Democratic Rally

You Can See For Yourself

In promoting its coverage of Saturday’s “One Nation” rally in Washington, D.C., C-SPAN’s website offered visitors a peak at what the rally looked like on the ground along the National Mall:

CSPAN is airing the leftist “One Socialist Nation” rally today in Washington DC.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have a good crowd shot of the turnout… So they used a photo from a Glenn Beck tea party rally.

Notice the Gadsden flags in the background.

But, as Gateway Pundit points out, the image they use to advertise the “One Nation Working Together” rally is actually a cropped Reuters photo taken on August 28 during the “Restoring Honor” rally hosted by Glenn Beck.

The truth is that the turnout for today’s “One Nation” rally was a fraction of the size of 8/28′s crowd, and most walked away before today’s program was over.

Before the “One Nation” program even ended, I snapped this photo looking westward down on the Mall–you can see an artist in the middle of a performance on the JumboTron on the left with the Lincoln Memorial in the background:

I am stunned, stunned I say, to hear that the media, even totally impartial CSpan, would try to deceive the American people.

When does it cease being the media, and seen as a progressive propaganda machine ..... TASS?

Fox was raked over the coals for doing something similar to this. I'm sure C-SPAN will be held to the same standard...

That blowhard Ed Schultz claimed the rally would have over 300k on his show on Friday.

Wonder if he'll outright lie and say there were that many there or if he'll try and explain it away by saying something like "it doesn't matter how many were there, it's the passion of those that did attend."

I hate that guy.

You know despite the fact I disagree with Schultz on just about everything he was one of my favorite host right up until MSNBC bent him over the table and gave him a Keith Olbermann Enema.

He used to be an old school blue collar democrat. Like ones I grew up with back east. But over the past several years he has taken a nose dive and become nothing but a bad caricature of a man.

How bad is it that he makes Glen Beck look calm, cool, and collected.

It seems clear that the "Rent-a rally" was not able to match the numbers of those who came on their own dime but I could really care less.

What was delicious was that the left was unable or unwilling (or didn't care) to disguise the more rabid leftists in their midst. You know, the socialists, communists, the A.N.S.W.E.R. crowd.

Check out these photos. You won't see them in the lame stream media.

The comments were a hoot, too. Complete with the usual "anonymous" types that always show up on forums to astroturf seed the usual leftist talking points. Funny how they are always too chicken to use anything except anonymous. Kind of like this unhinged protestor girl/woman in this video.

"don't take mah piture."
