WAC just looks too weak as a long term approach (unless we can get Houston, TCU, TUlsa, SMU and UTEP to join us in a WAC East).
It's not going to be easy leaving behind competition like Boise, Fresno and Nevada, but we have to do it.

Thanks for your announcement. Cusa officials can take note of this now and begin the admission process. Glad you chose our league, there were many of us who would have been devistated had you gone elsewhere. We need your tradition, where else would we find a program with 14 winning seasons out of the past 32 years, soon to be 14 out of past 33yrs.

Well you better get used to it, because barring a longshot happening with the Big East (TCU won't go there alone), C-USA it shall be. That 23-15 record of dominance has you a little concerned, perhaps?

Sunbelt had its chance a decade ago, but it didn't deliver what we needed. Notions that Tech will return to that league are part of silly season.

There is an outside chance that Tech stays in the WAC. With the additions of Texas State and UTSA, that would put 4 teams in or near Texas. That makes it more reasonable...plus, it adds a lot more leverage for future expansion...especially if C-USA east loses a member of 2. In that case, C-USA west might want to return to the WAC.
