Monarchs Defeat W&M, 1-0
NORFOLK, VA--ODU sophomore Jordan LeBlanc's (Haverford, PA.) first half goal lifted the Monarchs to a 1-0 victory over William and Mary Tuesday night. ODU is now 4-2 overall, 1-0 in the CAA while the Tribe ranked 28th falls to 4-2 overall, 0-1 in the CAA.

At the 23:01 mark of the first half LeBlanc got a pass from fellow sophomore Chris Harmon (Downingtown, PA.) for the score. It was LeBlancs second goal of the season and Harmon's third assist of the year.

ODU's defense came up big in the match as goalkeeper Evan Newton (Virginia Beach, Va.) had three saves and junior defender Tommy Webb (Auckland, New Zealand) came up with a couple of stops as well. W&M's goalkeeper Andrew McAdams had four saves. ODU outshot the Tribe, 16-12 overall and 5-3 in shots on goal.
