That's my main concern as well. These holes up the middle aren't going to look so good against the rest of the Big East.
The one thing is, the rest of the Big East is not world-beaters, either. Pitt up 17 to 3 vs. NH, at the half. WVU needing OT to beat Marshall...
I worry about NC state and Oklahoma...
I don't. They aren't a factor in determining the BE championship.

They are when your team is so brutally beaten up that key players get hurt so bad they do not play the rest of the year.

so why even play an out of conference schedule? guess we just lace 'em up in october...
