Kelly = STRATEGIST

Jones = CHEERLEADER

Enos = RECRUITER W/MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE SETS/SCHEMES

Take your pick.

I would wait and see if Enos can win conference titles. If he can't, I don't care if he can recruit and run multiple sets. Beckman can recruit at Toledo, but that doesn't mean Toledo will even get bowl eligible.

And I am not sure I would call Enos a good recruiter at this point. CMU is the premier program in the MAC right now, and it is much easier to recruit there. I'm not sold on his recruits so far either. I don't think they are better than the one's Jones was bringing in.

He was MSU's best recruiter and did a pretty good job rescuing most of the class Jones started assembling. He also brought in a few late additions for depth. Of course, it'll be at least a couple seasons before we know enough to judge.
