Just like we had little to go on for Week 1 predictions... there is little to go on for Week 2

Unlike Tulsa - Memphis will have game tape... if they can force our Offense to punt on occasion they will be in far better shape.
Similarly if our Defense doesn't make some adjustments... their offense could find success.

IMO the key to the game will come from Memphis' quarterback play. GJ Kinne seemed to thrive when Dowdy got louder. The louder we got the more focused he seemed (very frustrating as a screaming fan). His 3rd and Long conversion ability was SICK... and if that was a result of him cowboying up and not a result of our D being too weak THEN... I think we are in great shape. Memphis doesn't have a true leader at that position yet.

Dowdy will be rocking once again! So not having Kinne guiding the opposition will be HUGE. Hopefully we fans can keep Cannon and Ryan from finding their groove.

The trap game potential also faded a notch with VaTech losing to Boise. I think it will help our team remain focused on Memphis. Regardless, I think it will be a close game again!
