He notes that the reports have been submitted - so surely we won't have long to wait!

I am sure I am hopelessly optimistic and reading too much into his comments, but they sure do sound positive.

I am like you adam. Those are truly positive statements by Dooley to a local crowd (Paulding County). I don't think we can guarantee football at KSU from those comments, but he was glowing when talking about the positive effects it's had on Georgia State. I can only imagine KSU would have the same, if not even larger effects, on the campus and the community.
