couple of thought on incoming players
Louzeiro knows about winning teams. Midland was 61-8 during his two seasons there. That always helps. You have to assume that there was a lot of talent there and that his numbers would have been much higher in a less-loaded situation.

Sutherland can't shoot the 3 worth beans, but he can get to the line. Makes his 3's the old fashioned way. He shot 85 FT's last season, by far the most on the team. Second on the team in rebounding at only 6-3. Second on the team in steals with 44.
