So... we can get our baseball, basketball, wrestling, co-ed floor hockey and midget throwing, etc, etc etc. coaches to stay on for more than 4 years, but we can't pay a freakin' football coach enough to stay more than 3.

That's exactly what my initial thought was, Hawks. What a dumb thing for Heeke to say. I've repaired the damage to the drywall after reading the article, but I'm still shaking my head.
