Your Team's Top 5 Players
List them here and a little info on each.

1. WR Jerrel Jernigan - broke the 1,000 yard mark as a recevier and had more catches in a season than any other troy wr ever had. You know about jerrel already.

2. RB DuJuan Harris - Ran for 1,074 yards as a sophmore. Dropped 148 yards on a 31-17 win at Middle in the opener. Unseated by Fr Shawn Southward due to family issues causing him to be distracted. I expect DuJuan to be back to his old ways this fall.

3. QB Jamie Hampton - Beat Levi Brown out in 2008. Started 5 games before suffering a season ending injury. Pretty good dual threat QB. Will be a great qb behind a vteran o-line.

4. CB Bryan Willis - Freshman All American | 11th in the country in passes defended.

5. CB Jimme Anderson - JUCO All American

I lost a lot of respect for the FAU fan base after some of the things that were said to Jamie by the FAU students that night. All is fair in love and war, but some of tings said were way over the line with Jamie sitting on the sideline in a great deal of pain. Those fans are a mirror image of the FAU team that is well documented for cheap shots and playing dirty. I did have two FAU fans apologize for the actions of their students in the stadium and in the parking lot. I'm not condemning the entire fan base, but those actions were a bitter pill to swallow.

RE: Your Team's Top 5 Players
1.) Alfred Morris-RB
Confrence rushing leader last year.

2.) Jeff Van Camp-QB
Got good exp after Smith went down last year. Is the leader of the team

3.) Rob Housler- TE
After a medical redshirt last year he is back and gives great height out there.

4.)Lester Jean-WR
We lost a lot at WR, but Jean has got plenty of playing time and should be able to ably step in.

5.) Marucs Bartels-S
Walk on who has more heart then ANY other player on the FAU team IMHO. Lead the team in tackles.

RE: Your Team's Top 5 Players
1) TY hilton WR
most explosive receiver in the league had a bit of a sophomore slump due to injuries but expect him to come back and return to his freshman form.
2) Anthony Gaitor DB
one of the top cover corners in the league
3) Thatcher Sterling DE
DE showing alot of promise
4) Brad Serini OL
anchor of oline
5) Jeremiah Harden RB
Best player yet to play He was great all spring camp and great all of last year playing on the scout team. Expect big things from him.

RE: Your Team's Top 5 Players
ASU's top 5 (my opinion only):

1. Demario Davis LB - had a great Sophomore season...look for him to be a dominant def. player in the league.

2. Bryan Hall DL - Hall played under the shadow of Alex Carrington last year but might have had a better season because of the attention shown to Alex. He creates havoc on the line.

3. Taylor Stockemer WR - at 6-4 he's hard to miss. He had a very nice Freshman season and showed he could be the go to guy this year. Big target for the two young QBs battling for the starting job this year in a pass-happy offense we intend to run.

4. Derek Newton OL - 6-5, 305 the most consistent OL we had last year on a horrible line. Because the line got lots of experience last year and will be improved across the board, Derek will garner lots of attention this year.

5. Jermaine Robertson RB - Jermaine has been in the shadows of Reggie Arnold and Derrick Lawson...reports in spring practice is that he's looking good. He was originally a FB but in Freezes new offense there is not a FB. Look for Jermaine to emerge as a surprise star on offense. He's a beast.

Hard decision picking the 5 best USA Jaguars, but I'd have to say: Courtney Smith, WR; Brandon Ross, RB; Charlie Higgenbotham & Justin Dunn, LBs; and Brennan Sim, QB.

RE: Your Team's Top 5 Players
have to say...

1. Frank Goodin RB- had almost 1200 yards rushing and 140 receiving in his junior year and finished with 13 tds
2. Luther Ambrose WR/KR- One of the fastest people in the country. Finished 3rd in the NCAA final in 100yd dash! Just a jr this year. averaged 137 all purpose yd per game last year.
3. Trey Revell/Kolton Browning QB- Trey was an outstanding QB till he broke his thumb...Kolton has beat him out so far..must be something!
4. Troy Evans DE- had 6.5 sacks last year starting opposite Aaron Morgan. Should anchor the dline
5. Alvin Jordan TE- was 4th on the team in Receiving yards...should have a good Sr year.

RE: Your Team's Top 5 Players
It's tough for any Div. I-AA team to move up. Barring injuries and players leaving (things there's no control over), we hope the way we're doing it might ease the pain. There aren't any guarantees and we will have to wait and see what happens. No matter how cocky we seem to be at times, we really do appreciate the Belt teams pulling for us.

Best 5 TROY players, from my perspective:

5a&b) Tebarius Gill & Austin Silvoy
4) DuJuan Harris
3) Mario Addison
2) Bryan Willis
1) Jerrel Jernigan

Yet another year of seniors having a large impact on the success of the season, but there are underclassmen waiting in the wings 04-cheers
