If you don't give a crap, why did you make the baseless claim in the first place? I certainly don't care about it & I'm not the one who brought it up.
Anything that WVU has done for the BE, they've done in their own self-interest - and there's nothing wrong with that. In that regard, they're just like everyone else.
This is true. It's hard to come up with any institution that has put conference interests ahead of self interest.

PS: Miami and Florida State were thought to dominate the ACC. How did that planning work out for them?
West: Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Illinois
East: Penn State, Ohio State, Purdue, Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State
I'm fairly certain that the Big Ten will be logical here when all is said and done. Wisconsin and Iowa are top 15 football revenue programs, so the fear of Michigan/OSU/PSU in the same division is really based on name perception than reality.
If they want to lighten the load in the East, I would suggest the following.
East: Penn State, Ohio St. Michigan, MSU, IU, Northwestern
Purdue and Illinios are stronger football schools than IU and NW so you can put them in the West.
