RE: Rivals baseball projections
SE Baseball has Cajuns going to Ft. Worth which would be alot closer for fans. Of course we don't want to overlook that there is more work to be done to get the invitation. I'm glad FIU has at least a shot, maybe they can take two from FAU this weekend.. We play Monroe, and they are not going to lay down .

The Sun Belt is super-fluid these days. I mean Troy and Western, both tied for 7th, have RPI's of 66th and 42nd, resp.
FAU and UL are definately in. If a third team can wedge themselves in between the two and a fourth team wins the tourney, four teams is still a realistic possibility.
It's been a great season.

It's been a super SBC baseball season, once again, where teams from 1 to 4 have a chance to actually the regular season conference title, and teams in 6-8 place can actually move up 3 spots quite easily to end the season....after this weekend series.

I agree. It's great to see a rounded out league where EVERY game matters . . . even heading into the final weekend of the season.

More teams in the Belt are finally realizing the importance of playing a good schedule which determines your RPI. We have replaced Tulane
on the schedule next season for a home and home mid week series
with Rice. Scheduling is a very difficult thing, but when your RPI is decent, it is easier. Good Luck to all Belt teams in the Conference Tournament.
