RE: Transfers
wow, seems like Toledo is the most well-represented school in NCAA on this list. a lot of guys coming and going. the most notable for me is Dominique Buckley transferring back from Iowa State. He's from Romulus HS and i saw him play a few times in HS. Great player.

Jay Thames is transferring from Oakland? i wonder why. he was (i thought) highly touted, and it seems like he's primed to get a lot of playing time next season.

Also, really surprised that three guys are transferring from Detroit, especially Keeling. He's a great player. tough break for them. i'll have to hit up their board and see what the story is there.

Thanks for the list!! 04-cheers

RE: Transfers
Word out of the MSU community is that Tom Herzog is transferring after all. He is graduating from MSU and then moving on to Central Florida for grad school and to use his last year of eligibility. There was an earlier rumor that he was headed to BGSU.

Also, there is no chatter on the Oakland board about Thames transferring.

I heard that BGSU stuff as well. it would be nice to have him stay local and boost the MAC (however slightly).

Thanks for starting this thread here (there was a similar thread on the main MAC board).

Not only does EMU has scholies to give but a lot of local Michigan and area schools are losing or gaining or both (that must be Toledo!!) players.

For those with time, there is a lot to chew on. 03-idea
