RE: X's dream job...Chicago Bulls?
The last part of that article where X says he is looking forward to "just getting away" reminds me of his little sojourn in Chicago, was it, right before he abandoned us. He took a little time back then to finalize his "dream" deal.

If I were a Cat fan, I would be quaking in my boots.

But in actuality, the X is probably just going for his annual raise, preying on their fear and insecurity. He has them just where he wants them. But don't think if an NBA position opened up, he wouldn't be gone without a look back. With props to the MT poster who coined this, "Yo, Catspause, get back! Losers!"

And those darn Catspaws hicks have also stolen Poppa's photoshop. Hey, Poppaslaw, go over there and reclaim your artwork. They have left the stack of dollars behind the X. 03-lmfao

Then don't read it.

or maybe one could try and post in the proper forum.

but that's too hard for some numbnertz out there.

Forsooth; however mightenst one possibly restrainest ones self from attacking ones fellow tiger poster for breaking the command "Thou shalt not posteth non-tiger-related content" during a relatively slow period in the year, betwixt basketball and football seasons, when said protocol breaches mightest deserve overlooking? Methinks so, Sir Becton!

They didn't change a thing because they are friggin' idiots. I've had it removed from many pic hosting sites, but photobucket basically told me to piss off without something official from a lawyer.

hahaha!!!! His past and their's go hand in hand.
I thought they wanted him because he is perfect for the job.
You know- make us relevant again-whatever it takes. But, make us relevant.
Hasn't connected?
Is this kind of like the KY approach to recruiting? "If they don't come to Ky then we didn't offer them."
Only here it's,"If coach wants to leave, it's because the administration doesn't like him."
Whatever.

Quote: Sources say Calipari “hasn’t connected” with Kentucky’s athletic administration in his first year on the job, and that could contribute to his willingness to rekindle a long-standing goal of realizing NBA success.

Hmm, the way it was put to me a few weeks ago was that he was unhappy with his situation, b/c he thought the UK fans were crazy. I'm sure the KittyPaws denizens will love to hear that, lol.

Apparently, they are more "miserable" than we are. A few weeks ago, before they got a few late great commitments, UK fans were questioning EVERYTHING about his coaching, his recruiting, etc.

Really? That's pretty interesting, do you think there is any smoke with this fire or is he just trying to get a raise out of sUcK?

If I may, the context of Andy's info had nothing to do with or any possibility of being connected to a raise at UK.

I'm sure that's the next best thing for X, but knowing Andy's source (which I'm sure he doesn't want to share here), what Andy says seems to be a very real barometer of X's actual feelings, to which I say "poetic justice." In fact the main reason I thought he wouldn't leave here for there is because of that very fact. Apparently his hubris won the day, and now he has to deal with the consequences, lol!

Suits me just fine, I think in the end, we came out the real winners.

NAIL. HEAD.

Rome kills it in this little blog

Quote:Kentucky A.D. Mitch Barnhart says the school has begun discussions on a new deal that would keep John Calipari at Kentucky for the rest of his career. Yeah. because that’s going to happen. Yeah, right around the time I replace Dan Issel as the school’s all time leading scorer.

"Just know this, there’s a better gig than the one he has right now, and when he’s offered it, he’ll jump. It’s not a question of if but a matter of when."

but...but....he LOVES Lexington! He said so! His kid's in school...he wouldn't uproot him! He's king of the hill here...

I'm just glad we're no longer the ones spouting out all of this.
