Mercer signs 6'8" JUCO (Former North Florida freshman)

6'8", 215 lbs. Can hit the three (43.6% on 75 made 3FG last year)

Played at UNF as a freshman where he scores 6.9 points/4.2 boards in 19 games. Also had 16 blocks. I'm unsure why he left UNF.

It goes without saying that this recruiting class is critical for you guys. A big man that can shoot can pose matchup problems, as Coach Hoffman alluded to. You'll need a replacement for Kusnyer's shooting; this kid may be the answer.

Hopefully it's the answer. You're right that losing Kusnyer hurts a lot, especially since our coach loves the 3 point shot. We'll see what happens. Right now we're all waiting to see if ETSU gets Hubbard back!

Hubbard is definitely back; the charges against him were dropped.
