Really? I'm not socially conservative. Do you see me saying we should force prayer onto school kids? See me saying gays should be jailed or not allowed to get hitched? See me saying we should jail pot smokers? No. You, however, are left on EVERYTHING and you have thousands of posts that prove it. On fiscal issues I'm staunchly conservative. That would be the definition of center right.

What Sum just said. Obama ran as a centrist, who distanced himself from left-wing radicals. Upon election, he started appointed the same radicals to cabinet positions.

THe country isn't center right. THat would be one of the reasons Obama got elected. Obama has been far from being far left(note how many Democrats were angered that he didn't include the "public option". Many also not happy for not even bringing Medicare for all option to the table.
