I was at the Campbell home game this year, and I think that was a turning point for our team in a sense. Even though we didn't play well, it was the first game in a long time that I thought we started to play as a team. Campbell dominated us with their press during that game, but I think we are at a better spot with our squad now.

This is a big game for us to stay in the hunt for the upper half of the league. Mercer would only be one game ahead of us, and ETSU, Campbell, and Lipscomb would only be 2 game ahead. In addition it would keep us ahead of UNF in the loss column. We are also 1 win away from clenching a spot in the post season tournament, which while we don't want to finish in 8th going into the tournament, I really won't care once we are there...I just want to be invited to the party.

We will need a great effort to defeat Campbell on the road - much better than the game we had in Johnson City. Hopefully our guys will be ready to play.

Way too early to know for sure, but I don't have a good feeling about this game.

For those watching on ASUN.tv, tell me how long it takes you to be annoyed by Campbell's constant replays blocking the game.

I find these replays very annoying

not watching, listening on 920 AM...but at least they have them...how many times have you wished there was a replay and wasn't?

replays suck....u missed half the game. we played well enough to win but the refs bailed out rodriguez more than our cuuent congress has bailed out wall street. good game by the owls but didnt have quite enough on the road.

Anyone else watch the game? Curious to hear thoughts. I really thought we played a solid game on the road. We had a ton of turnovers to start the game, but it seemed like Ingle got them calmed down, and from about halfway through the first half on we played them tooth and nail. Just didn't quite have enough at the end, and Campbell hit back to back three pointers to seal the game.

You have got to be kidding me. What game were you watching. I was sitting on the front row and #1 on KSU was all over J-Rod, holding hands, hugging him. I thought he really tried to get to know J-Rod during the game and it took the refs 3/4 of the game to call a foul.

I did think ya'll played a good game though. Improved over the team I saw play us last year. # 2 on your team is going to be a very good player. Lorne Merthie did light you up for 2 threes late. Nothing like he lit up Upstate tonight 7 for 9 from three point range.

Please, JRod just throws his body into the defender...we were standing straight up on half of those calls. The defense has their right of verticality, so if the offensive player just jumps into the defender it isn't a foul. JRod is a great player, but the refs inflate his scoring with all those touch fouls.
