I was in Little Rock this morning, and went by the arena to see if they had cleared the parking lots, and they have them in pretty good shape. They were clearing the lot on the north side when I was there, and the main lot was already completed. They were clearing the entrances to the arena as I drove through. The main streets and the freeways are in pretty good shape, although there will be some refreezing later tonight.
