BracketBuster
There's only been recruiting and pick 'em activity the past week. Time to start talking BracketBusters with the selection just over a week away.

UNI is clearly in a good position for a top opponent. I expect them to host either William & Mary or Old Dominion.

WSU is in good position, as well, if they can take care of business the next three games. The ultimate prize would be Butler, but VCU would be fine and Northeastern OK. Utah State would be dangerous.

MSU and INSU could draw solid opponents.

I think ESPN likes to pretend they are the NCAA selection committee and will try to pair up teams that have put together at-large resumes and would make good TV matchups. Last year was like that except for UNI getting a coup by hosting Siena.

RE: BracketBuster
Looking like a MVC vs CAA type near the top of the bracket busters. Look for matchups of UNI vs OD, WSU @ VCU, and W&M @ MSU.

I'm looking forward to CU drawing a powerhouse such as Eastern Michigan

RE: BracketBuster
Well, things got a little more interesting with Bill & Mary and Northeastern both losing last night. According to WarrenNolan.com W&M dropped a spot behind WSU and Northeastern fell more than 10 spots to 68.

the selections obviously don't follow the RPI, but Siena @ Butler is looking more and more like a marquee matchup that ESPN won't be able to resist.

RE: BracketBuster
Would someone explain to me why Butler is a home team every freakin' year? Yeah, it's nice old barn to watch a game, but come on, no one else gets that treatment...03-nutkick
