Shoot well or not defended?
In a Flash the Bison get gutted.

In Buffalo's impressive wins they generally shot lights out.

Tonite starters go 11-36 and subs go 6-18.

Kent shoots almost 58% from the field.

What to learn?

You get stampeded in road games?

Road games unfair. No blankies allowed.

I think the lesson to be learned that if you let your offensive woes dictate how you play D (as poorly as you executed and shot) you should be sent to bed without cookies and melk.

You can't defend on offense but you sure in heck can generate O with a take no prisoners approach on D.

I know the zeebs can come into play but if you are consistently rugged and stout they will adapt to your style and in the end it will even out. If you are too busy adjusting your skirt and anklets or admiring your reflection in your patin leathers you will be whistled and sent to jail without passing GO, no collecting $200 if you try to switch to overalls and steel toed boots later on.

RE: Shoot well or not defended?
McLemore, Lawson, Kool, Whitfield, and Wolf all shot 50% or better from the field but the rest of the pack went 0-12 and we lost by 7. I think we need to find a way to get more points from players other than the seniors. After the seniors we aren't getting any kind of consistent offensive productivity so our opponents are basically game planning to stop 1 or 2 of our guys and daring the other 13 or 14 to beat us. Is it even reasonable to expect consistency from some of these young kids? Are we starting to see some of these kids hitting the wall? The entire team has been going hard for over 6 months now and maybe the younger kids are struggling to adjust.
