I am curious to hear your evaluation of DLU's squad this year? What did you see as their weaknesses and their strengths?

Adnan is a beast. We went after him early and it put both of our centers in foul trouble. If you stop him, it has to be both your center and someone to slide over to help each time he gets the ball.

Slater is the other problem. He has surprising leaping ability for rebounding and blocking shots. He is also quicker than expected and will penetrate to either shoot or dish to the open man.

I agree with your board that Slater is the one to stop.

The rest of the team are mostly role players with Lee showing signs of running the team well from the point. The shooters tend to be a little streaky. If they get on a role, either zone them or call a time out to slow them down.
