pretty decent game, if a little low-scoring, so far. Sonny Smith's cornpone act is a little hard to take.

Cool, looks like Artis Gilmore is there (UNF player pretty much jumped on him trying to get a steal)... Does he usually go to the JU basketball games? He is kind of a legend around Jax...

Dang ... UNF had the lead for most of the night and lost it there right at the end... JU's offensive rebounds really made the difference in the game.
UNF - 55 JU - 62

You can't lose any games at home and win the title.

Camelfan you can't be bragging about these 6 wins that Campbell has over the bottom half of the league. If they get through ETSU/BEL/LIP gauntlet with a respectable record then we'll talk!

We have won the games we were suppose to win. I agree the next couple of weeks will let us know what we are made of in this conference. I guess the other teams in the conference are not in first because they have lost to some teams they should have beat. I think if we beat all the teams we are suppose to beat and split with Belmont, Lipscomb, ETSU, Mercer and Jacksonville then we will be right in the running at the end. I think we can finish maybe 15-5. If we can beat one of these teams on the road then that is a bonus. We have to win every game at home. So far have only lost to Virginia Tech at home and won most of our conference games at home going away.

We will see. The good thing is we are 6-1 rather than 1-6 or 2-5 or 3-4 which is where we were in prior years and had to finish the year strong to get in the middle of the conference. We are atleast starting in the tougher portion of our schedule in a better position. I think there will be some really good games over the next few weeks. I look forward to them.

Really look forward to the opportunity to host Mercer a little later down the road and pay them back in full for the our loss to them a week or so ago.
