Yea they canceled all classes after 5 PM. I am actually surprised they're having the game. I don't know the rules about games and stuff if the campus is closed.

Yea. Has the potential to be similar to our last disaster.. If ETSU came out fast we'd be in HUGE trouble. We're trying to force it inside to Markeith and turning it over too much.

13 1st half points tonight, 14 against JU last game. I don't know what to say anymore? What's wrong with our team? We are supposed to be better than this. We're supposed to be athletic. What's going on?

I understand players still need to make their shots, but this has to go predominantly back on Ingle, yes?

The Owls just seem to have no energy. No defensive intensity. Seem to be "just going through the motions".

I don't think you're far off. We're a long, athletic team. What do we do to exploit our advantages? We run a half court offense where we stand around and pass the ball around until about 10 seconds left on the shot clock and eventually end up throwing up a forced shot that we typically miss. That's part of the reason our FG % is usually so atrocious.

I agree completely with BucDoctor. How many easy lay buckets under the basket have we given up?

Same mess as the other night...in my opinion there is only one person to blame! When a coach has no motivation, it is only transferred to the players. I hate to say it,but that article said it all. The Owls yet again have not prepared for another conference team. The coaching staff seems to have given up..i mean simple basketball team mangement and play calling is not being done. In my opinion if ones heart is not in it one should not do!!!

Is your crowd normally this complacent?

We really havent had much ball movement since Golden graduated.

you're problems, I believe, are mental. You could very well come out Saturday and give Campbell hell. In fact I think you should.

What is the status of Ingle's contract? I'm sure that will play in the decision making of KSU. How many more years are on it, if any?

I'm not certain I'd get rid of Ingle. I'd give him at least this year and one more to see what he does with this group.


But I told you guys transferring over to division one isn't an easy process. You're going to have to pay your dues. You've got a little bit of talent and now you're going to have to figure out how to win with it. NCAA glory is not going to come over night. That was always my biggest problem with some of you guys. Keep at it.....eventually you will get there. But I think it's going to be a few years.
