Apparently '7' wants to work up a belly full of hatred for USF. Either that or start a flame war (since there's not really one going). I'm not saying USF's got a better resume than every team out there, but I'll stack ours up against most other schools. Six wins over ranked opponents in the last four years, three wins against top ten ranked teams, five consecutive bowl appearances... I guess I don't see that as equating to "haven't done anything."
I guess if it makes you feel better about yourself, have fun. Remember how I pointed out that USF has a few fans who act like idiots? It's good to see that USF isn't the only team with that problem...

Ignore him. Your resume is clearly better than ours the past several years. Apparently there's some jealousy here, just let it go. That said, we won't apologize for where we are or where we've come from over the past decade or so. While your program was being born, our program was mired in a 23 game losing streak and we were the laughing stock of college football.

Just curious, what's the capacity of your stadium?
24,000 officially, but the same configuration was listed at 28,000 just a few years ago. We've had several crowds over 28K with the current seating arrangement, but again it magically changed to 24K a few years back.
Speaking of stadiums, are there any plans for an on campus stadium at USF or are you staying at the Bucs place for a while?
Not anytime soon. Our athletic district (new baseball stadium, softball stadium, practice fields, ect) just got approved but an OCS won't happen until this project is completed. It (unfortunately) won't happen for at least another 10 years. USF wants to make sure we build this stadium right (I would like something similar to what Minnesota has).

Who said their program hasn't been better? Go back and read what I said.

RE: USF Fans Are Funny
Clearly a team that got blown out and shut out by Rutgers 0-31 is very unlikely to beat NIU by 7 or more points.
Did 2 key players not show up for that game?
Clearly, unless I am missing something, this is not a top 25 or even top 50 team from the big East going to Toronto.
Rutgers beat Ohio by 7. We lost to Ohio by 3 points. Rutgers beat them 31-0.
I am glad we are not playing Rutgers.
This is a team that is 3-3 on the road.
Besides 3 early wins 1 against Div 1aa team, another against Western Kentucky, the only win of note was against Florida State.
Since then they have lost there last three away games by 61 points!
If the trend is your friend NIU has two huge advantages!!
SFU latter seasonal performance , SFU's road performance and most importantly the above mentioned combination of the two. To repeat," they have lost there last three away games by 61 points!"
Is SFU currently overated!?
If not, please explain?
