RE: A New QB Prospect
Hey Bo's Dad - welcome to the world of football recruiting. You think EMU is the only school backing out of offers...think again. For instance, schools may offer 4 QB's with intentions to only take one. they rate them from 1-4 and if #1 goes somewhere else then they've got #2 and so on. And no, most of the communication is done between the recruit and the coach recruiting him; not the HS coach.

Yep it cuts both ways Ryan Williams leaves EMU hanging and backs out of his verbal and purportly the school backed out of 7 offers. Lets see Maurice Davenport and Bo Grunder would be 2 of the 7. I like to know which coaches were fired and when ie timing.

The real problem with this is that Southfield MI and Massilion Ohio are very good high school programs. Sometimes the coaches "ban" a school or take it out on a coach re future recruiting. You can burn bridges you don't intend to burn.

Yep, I had heard (this isn't Internet stuff) that Ryan Williams had enrolled at EMU.

I guess it is like a marriage which isn't consumated. 05-stirthepot
