Solo is Ricky Davison. He has the same physical strength and quickness and aggressiveness to play like Solo. In fact, he might be a better 3 point shooter. If he had had a season here to redshirt like Solo, and knew our system, he might really be pushing for playing time. As it is, I would like to see him backing up Solo for at least 8-10 minutes a game.
He'll be able to help us by conference time. In fact, it might be a good idea to redshirt him like we're doing with Marlo. He could be our Solo the year after Solo graduates. That's assuming he could legally be redshirted. Problem is he can probably help us this season, and I don't think coaches are looking past one season at a time. They'll probably worry about next year after this one.01-lauramac2
