Looks like FIU did fairly well against UNC
last night. It's really unfair for teams like UNC to have those 6'10" guys who can run the floor and play above the rim like they do. People have talked about raising the basket. I don't agree with that, but I would agree to eliminating the dunk, as John Wooden has suggested. I'd go even further. Every shot, except a rebound put back would have to be from at least two feet from the basket. That would require a little more skill than just throwing the ball down. O.K. I know it ain't gonna happen.
But it would be interesting, and could take away some advantages that the big boys have in recruiting all the oversized guys that aren't available to the mid majors. And oh, yes. Guards couldn't be over 6'2" tall. If you're taller than that, you play inside. Now this would be a true fanatasy league, wouldn't it?04-cheers
