Clearly score with literally tenths of second on the clock, but officials don't see it that way. Wave off the goal.

JC needs to get pissed once in awhile. He had a legitimate reason to go after officials, but just shrugs and accepts their mistake.

I don't know that you can blame JC. I'm sure he didn't see the replay and was told it was conclusive by the ref.

That said, either Comcast's clock and the "official clock" didn't match up or the Broncos got jobbed. An extra point or two can mean home ice in the playoffs. Just think of the Tigers winning one that got away this season.

He didn't get pissed? That's odd. He used to get in screaming matches with them when I still had season tickets (only two years ago)

He just shrugged his shoulders. I was expecting more.

Jimmy's no dandelion. Really nice, but I used to hear him throw some choice words around when I was hanging out at Lawson. He's no Ron Stewart, but he's no wilting flower, either.

Maybe the fact that there isn't more is why we have concerns about the shape of the program for the last decade.

Would love to know if JC has lost his passion for winning. My hope is that he has not. The team will follow his lead. If he does not bring passion to the rink then neither will his players.

Maybe we're reading too much into his external reaction?

Most probably we are. However, with the results over the last 11 years who could blame the few fans that are left to scrutinize the actions of the man in charge.

In my book he is on double secret probation.

He was pretty pissed when the refs called off that goal in Game 2 against MSU...
