If WV doesn't fumble the game away to Auburn who got exposed big time last week they are in Auburn's spot or higher. If Pitt doesn't give the game back to NC St they are in ND's spot or higher. It will be tough for more BE schools to crawl into the rankings now with conference play the rest of the way. The BE teams will start beating up on one another like all of the rest of the conferences too. If you weren't in the top 25 of any poll the the first 5 or 6 weeks you probably won't get there the rest of the season unless you run the table.

The Good news is the BE is represented with 2 football schools and fellow BE member but football Independent ND. Two and a half stars for the week.

Over time this season, the Harris poll will have the same biases as the Coaches poll or the AP poll will have. College Football needs to start with a 4-team playoff, then evolve to a 8-team playoff.
