First off, the Gold team beat the Brown (Black) team 4-2. Gold Goals were scored by: Max Campbell, Adam Flink, Travis Paeth and Chris Clackson. Black goals were scored by Jared Katz and Freshmen Dane Walters. All of the goals that were scored were good goals, especially Flink's, he burried one on a 2 on 1, over Matt Federico's right shoulder. Goalies were switched in and out each period, which I thought was good. Now the Freshmen, the one freshmen that really stood out to me was Trevor Elias, he has some nice speed and he actually set up Jared Katz's goal on a nice one timer in front.....other freshmen that stood out was Luke Witkowski, he has great size and could really help the defensive core, Matt Tennyson also looked good as well.....Overall, I liked what I saw out there overall from both sides, saw alot of speed, hitting, and some nice passes.....next weekend vs mercyhurst should be a good indication..........
