When Jones decides to do like Steinbrenner did, step back, and let the people who know what they're doing run things, the Cowboys will be better off. I can see Gruden being there next yr.

Jerry Jones is banking on 2010 being a cap free year.

Shanahan prob had his fill of overbearing owners while coaching the Raiders. Cowher wouldnt put up w/ JJ's sh!t either.
