Anybody know how Brendon Kay is developing?

I know BK is a miracle worker when it comes to QB's but I just don't see Chazz Anderson or Collaros as QB's that can lead UC to a Big East Championship.

I will admit I said the same thing about Grutz a few years back and Grutza looked pretty good in the few games he played last year.

I am kind of surprised that Kay hasn't passed up Chazz Anderson or Collaros on the depth chart.

Massa will need a year or 2 under his belt.

From what I've been told, and have seen a little, Kay is currently struggling with the playbook and his reads. However they do like his arm strength and his size.

Collaros is the clear #2 with Anderson #3 for now. I'm not so sure that Kelce is out of contention for significant playing time next year. BK may utilize the Wildcat fformation throughout parts of the game. He always says that he runs his offense based on his players, and next year Pead will be a major strength.

I'm impressed with what I've seen from Zach. I think he'll be solid next year, if that's the way it falls.
