Guys, what are your thoughts about Mike Montgomery leaving Stanford to coach at Golden State? It's going to be really interesting to see how he does at the next level.

Is it official , I'd personally rather coach at Stanford and he seemingly has that team on the verge of a possible championship.

ditto. I think he was a great coach for the college game but he will be at Golden State which is in an area in which he is familar with. I think he will have a rough few years but maybe he wanted a new challenge and the Warriors are a challenge. Best of luck to him. I think the guy at Stanford now Trent Johnson will do well at Stanford and fits right in with the program.
