Not really new. Speed pass and the lost pet/child chips have been around a while. But, this is overt preparation for the next generation. How can you not make comparisons w/ the book of Revelation?

666 = NERO in Hebrew, Roman Empire was the beast

besides, I thought SSN's already were the 'mark of the beast'? or any number of other things throughout history.

I do get a kick that the Chicago Pick 3 lotter numbers, the day after Obama won were "666"

anyway, I don't think he's THE anti-christ, though he may have maybe a little of that spirit in him, but less than past leaders I think this applies to. We shall see...

Actually, there has been a push recently to go back to the original texts to see where the "666" originally came from and many believe that it wasn't a number at all, but a symbol that resembles Islam's symbols. If I can find one of the videos about it, I will post it later.

And I don't buy the whole we are in the Millennial reign right now that you believe GGniner. It just leaves way to many prophecies unfulfilled.

I go back and forth between Amil and post-mill, while the whole discussion generally gives me a headache.

NERO was a pretty evil dude, he got his kicks by taking Christians and lighting them up as human torches for his amusement(and lightening at night of course).

I always thought it was interesting that Paul wrote "Render to Caesar, what is Caesars" when NERO was Caesar, and would later kill him.

I pretty much settled on the same.

Although I'm kind of re-thinking that position recently. 03-nutkick

Amillenial is the safer eschatology to say you beleive in, of the 3. Obviously Pre-Mil is popular the last 100 plus yrs. while Post-Mil is very old school, with many of the big theologians going back atleast to Augustine, though Amil was in that discussion too from what I understand.

Post-Mil is controversial, as much as Dispensational Pre-Mil and one that will drive Liberals insane if they ever knew what it meant.

I do think if, in the future Purtianism makes a comeback that will be a more widely held belief.

.

We know the "Beast" to be the Roman Empire, YET, this Empire must rise again out of the ashes.

This does not mean it will literally be out of Rome Italy, but will be a Power as Greedy, Hate Filled, Totalitarian, Nazi Like, and has the Guns to make all the rest of the world quake in fear.

Now who does this sound like in modern times ?????

And as far as getting Branded or a Chip Implant, THEY can go to hell - - this old boy nor any of his kin will allow this no matter what any law says.

My family and I have discussed this at length and if it is to prison we will go for not obeying a Chip Implant Law, then let cell doors slam fast.
