Collierville Fight Club Busted
According to the CA, apparently a fight club was busted by the police in Collierville. It appears that most of the fighters were from Collierville High.

That's been going on since 2004. Everyone would meet at Johnson park every Saturday, then it got moved to near the YMCA by the time I graduated in 2005.

Did they forget the first rule of the Fight Club is to never mention the fight club at all. This reminds me of the street racing that was done of President's Island a couple of years ago, and killed a couple people somewhere in Tennessee while drag racing. With MMA now legal in the state of Tennesssee, I wonder how many of these kids will keep on doing this anymore.

Really? This is my first time hearing about it. Guess it wasn't much of a secret.

Yea it was a huge deal. Saturdays at 4:30. I had a lot of friends get called out at those places. I myself never fought, I enjoyed being an instigator around the fringes.
