His game ought to take a noticeable jump, if he is like most second-year players. He shot pretty well last season. Obviously, he needs to shoot FT's much better. Where else does his game need to get better?

Courtney is a natural rebounder. As he gets stronger each season, that will become a larger part of his game. Free throw shooting, and shooting out on the floor in general has been the weakest part of his game. He will take the ball to the basket and draw fouls, but he just has to get better from the free throw line. He is now free to start shooting, although he can't play in pickup games yet because of his rehab, but this might be the time that he can really work on those areas in which he needs to improve and really make an impact this season. He's really a nice kid. I'm rooting for him to make a big jump in productivity this year.
