Hey Arkstfan......how will this potentially affect the credits that CUSA have received and are about to receive from their wins? Would they have to repay $$$ received?

Years they received money for they would have to pay back the amount actually received via the C-USA revenue distribution. The Memphis earnings were roughly a million per year over six years (assuming only the title game year is impacted).

C-USA had pretty heavy weighting of distribution in favor of the team earning it thanks to Louisville demanding it. So you are probably talking about Memphis having to pay back $100,000 to $250,000 a year for each of the six years that the units come in.

Infractions Committee could strip C-USA of the units for future seasons but that is very unlikely, instead C-USA's share would be reduced by about what Memphis would have received and the amount sent can't be shared with Memphis.

That money goes to the NCAA and is distributed to the entire Division I membership under the Supplemental Distribution rules.
