When is a spending cut not really a cut???
When it's a reduction of a spending increase!!!

Obama seeks $100M in government 'efficiencies'

These poor agencies will have to cut $100MM from their increased/bloated budgets!!!!

That's funny...when it was $100 mm of straight up pork to study the mating rituals of the California tree shrew in the Porkulus Package, liberals were like "Oh, calm down, it's just $100 million." Now, we're supposed to be impressed by "cutting" that much? 03-lmfao
