Just my biased opinion, but Calipari recruited these kids using Memphis money and now Kentucky is going to benefit by getting all of them without having to spend a single dime in resources.

Probably not...but in 2-3 years from now...UK will probably be the favorite to win the SEC.

He'll have the whole class before it's over. Won't it be swell to watch UK win an NC next year with a Memphis roster. UK, the best team money can buy.

Ukay won't be winning an NC next season, mark it down.
05-nono

The very fact that they think they can buy one karmically mitigates against it...

I think even UK fans know that...but after losing more games in a 2 year span (27 losses) than almost any other recent time (since their probation days) as UK ended up a #4 seed this year....in the NIT!!!

UK missed out on the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1991!!!!

If voldermort can bring UK back to the NCAA Tournament next year...most UK fans will be happy.

As voldermort said in his press conf and told UK President (paraphrase): "It took me 4 years to turn around UMASS....it took me 4 years to turn around Memphis...so don't look for me to turn around UK in a very short time".

But here's the problem that Voldemort/The Adversary (Fables)/The Rat faces.

Kentucky (Hence known as The Empire), is paying The Adversary nearly 4 million dollars base salary to coach their team back to glory.

Also, The Empire has now become the official parking place for one and done college players with the poaching of Memphis' Class. The Adversary is set to deliver the best class in history to the Bluegrass.

Only problem is, the Empire's citizens are divided on this. I mean there's a huge stink about the trading of Orton, for the Border-Line Sociopath in Cousins. Contary the popular opinion, their fanbase is divided over this.

Of course, most of the Village Idiots (known as ESPN), are not even going to report ANY of this, because they're all still having their orgasm over The Adversary going to Kentucky. As unacceptable as their behavior has been during this Coaching Carousel, it all starts with The Adversary's Jump to the "Right Side of the Tracks"

One thing is for certain...The Adversary better win huge, and do it quickly. The forces for an overthrow are building rapidly.

UK getting with Cousins doesn't suprise me all that much. After all, they've been getting with their sisters for as long as anyone can remember!

What's happening right now to Memphis is kind of sick. It is everything wrong with college basketball. Kentucky is using money to buying all these recruits indirectly. If that is not some kind of NCAA violation I don't know what is.

Calipari is as slimy as they come and he is just showing his true colors. Winning at all cost always been his #1 motive.

Throw in some racism sprinkled with a hint of elitist attitudes and you'll have summed up UK basketball.

I love how people on here are anti-Calipari now that he left board-favorite Memphis behind. As if his shadiness is something new.

Tyler Hansbrough's mom got a nice job at UNC after he was already on the team. Most if not all successful college basketball coaches have a little slime on them. That includes Huggins, Calhoun, Roy Williams, etc. If Calpari had final 4 teams coaching Kansas or Indiana instead of Memphis & Umass, be wouldn't have the reputation. The pedigrees of certain school can wipe away the slime.

RE: UK to lose 3 recruits
Parrish said on his radio program this morning that Calipari is "actively recruiting" Coleman and Dodson, the last two recruits in the class that haven't already decommited from Memphis. And word from Wolken, the Tigers beat writer, is that Dodson might be asking for his release very soon.

The others, besides Cousins who has already commited to KY, are now all listing KY, even though none of them had KY listed before.

Looks like it could be a slam dunk. Memphtucky Wildtigers anyone?

I could never understand what deal was with people saying stuff about Calipari being unethical. But now its as clear as day to me. The man is slime.

So it may acutally happen. Cal may actually steal all of Memphis' class. That's probably the lowest thing I've seen any coach do in any Major American Sport.

The big problem is this....The outrage will be muted, especially on ESPN. 03-banghead

If it were say, a Memphis, doing this it would not be muted.
