Georgetown could do it, but I can't imagine they will. It's a talented team that lost their confidence in January and hasn't recovered. When a team gets on a roll in a tournament setting, they can be very difficult to beat. They're solid enough defensively and could do it. Having said all that, I don't think they will do it.

The only other team with a remote possibility of this is Notre Dame and they are so poor defensively, they can't win five games in a row against that type competition.
