NTR: Lebron James = copy cat/ATTENTION WHORE???
Anyone else think so?

If I am correct, KG used to always do the "throw the powder in the air" thing and now Lebron does it. So the other night they have Superman on SportCenter hit a shot from halfcourt sitting on the media row and guess what Lebron does last night......you guessed it. Hit the shot from half court by the media table.....someone a copy cat/attention whore?

Definitely...but he backs it up on the court, so I don't have a problem with it. If it were Brian Cardinal doing it, I would have a problem, but Lebron can do do whatever he wants.

LeBron has done the powder thing for a long time. I saw him up close and personal at the FEF back in January. He's great and he knows it.

Off the court, he's a humble and appreciative person. On the court, he's a cold-blooded assassin. He's not just King James, he's King s###.

IMO, he will go down as the greatest player to ever play this game. I'm a huge Jordan fan, and James might not win 6 titles, but he's such an athletic freak of nature.

I know that KG did the powder thing before Lebron was even in the league. As for him being humble and appreciative.....um....I don't know. A buddy of mine is a manager at the FEF and would definately argue with you on that. I've never met him, so I won't.

As for the Jordan thing, I kinda agree. He's gotta hit more game winners for me though. I still think Kobe is better than James.

interesting. I lived in CLE for 3 years and he went out of his way one time at the arena to sign an autograph for my son. I'm just basing my opinion on how he talks to the media and such. Very grounded and down to earth. He's still so young. So what did he do to your friend?

Kobe is better right now. But he won't be much longer. At 6-8 plus 275 pounds, James is a machine. I saw Kobe this year too. James looks like he's playing nerf ball with kids when he wants to turn it on.

You can't pass Michael Jordan without winning a crap-ton of titles. That's the measure of the greatest players, titles not stats. He's an athletic freak, but he's still not as unstoppable as MJ was at this point in their career.

Jordan age 23 37.1 PPG, 5.2 RPG, 4.6 APG on 48% FG
Jordan age 24 35.0 PPG, 5.5 RPG 5.9 APG on 54% FG
Jordan age 25 32.5 PPG, 8.0 RPG, 8.0 APG on 54% FGs

Lebron age 23 27.3 PPG 6.7 RPG 6.0 APG on 48% FG
Lebron age 24 30.0 PPG 7.9 RPG 7.1 APG on 48% FG
Lebron 25 (this season, he's not 25 yet I know) 28.5 PPG 7.4 RPG 7.2 APG on 49% FG

Jordan hasn't won anything yet at this point in his career but he was just 2 years away. He was more unstoppable than Lebron currently is. And this is back when the NBA teams played defense and got to foul the crap out of guards driving the lane and get away with it.

Right now it's not even a discussion about who's better. Certainly lebron could be ridiculous with his frame and skill set, time will tell

true....I guess I got a little ahead of myself. Jordan was, is and will always be the man. But Lebron already IS ridiculous. And he has no one close to a Pippen by his side.

Jordan was more dominant in his time...If LBJ played in the 90's it wouldn't be fair. Jordan was considered big as a 6'5 2 guard. I love Jordan as much as the next guy but I also realize the game has changed.

You realize Jordan did it before that, not at every game, but he did it often.
